REWIRING YOUR BRAIN WORLD SUMMIT
CE Course
This 15-hour CE course is an exploration of various approaches and the science behind them for rewiring the human brain and nervous system or reshaping one's neural architecture to heal traumas and attachment wounds or other mental health challenges and to optimize healthy brain function in order to enhance overall health & well-being, resilience, longevity, life performance, and happiness. Participants will significantly increase their understanding of neuroplasticity, neurogenesis, and epigenetics as well as the neurobiology and neuropsychology of healing traumas and attachment challenges and optimal brain health and performance. Participants will learn new techniques, skills and practices with which to support clients as their own health & wellbeing. Specifically, participants will learn about and be able to begin exploring various mindfulness-based interventions (MBI's), energy medicine interventions like EFT Tapping, and compassion practices.
